Late Sri SRP Ponnuswamy Chettiar
Founder
Late Sri SRP Ponnuswamy Chettiar, or just "SRP" as our Founder was fondly called, rose from humble yarn trading to the hallowed heights of Legislator. He was MLC for 2 consecutive terms in Madras Legislative Council and Chairman of Coimbatore Municipal Corporation. Under his aegis, the Siruvani drinking water scheme was implemented to supply spring water to Coimbatore city. Without it, our city will not be what it is today - an engineering powerhouse and educational center of excellence!
Besides being the First Director of giants like LMW Ltd, he laid the Foundation Stone for Coimbatore Chamber of Commerce, SIMA, RS Puram Club, Society in Aid of Handicapped and other reputed institutions today.
His eldest heir is no different. A stickler for perfection, he was instrumental in re-purposing the whole group thus creating healthy reserves.
Chairman
Sri. Shivraj Chetty ("Shiv" to his friends), was conferred the Degree of Master of Science (MSc Infosecurity) from Royal Holloway University of London, UK. He discovered a new method for Biometric Access Control and won the Queen's Annual Prize for this team. (This Prize is UK equivalent of the Nobel Prize).
He concentrated on research and assisted many companies in India and abroad with new technologies.
Further, he briefly explored Corporate Finance (Certificate) at London School of Economics (LSE), a premier institution in UK.
After taking up assignments for multi-national entities, he travelled widely and lived in many countries. He started up an infosecurity management consultancy and branched out to UAE FTZ. Showcased in InterSec Fair at Dubai and earned global accolades.
